BIOGRAPHY:

Jon Allen is responsible for directing Catalyst’s information systems security team. This team is focused on ensuring company assets remain secure amidst the company’s digital transformation and adoption of a “cloud first” strategy.

Prior to joining Catalyst in 2013, Jon worked in various cybersecurity operations, forensics, and audit roles within the energy and manufacturing sectors, with a focus on ensuring compliance to a wide range of standards and regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection (NERC CIP) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

Jon has accumulated more than two decades of IT security experience and holds both a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) designation in good standing. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.
