BIOGRAPHY:

Over his more than 20-year career, Chad Olney has served at four credit unions with memberships ranging from 2,500 to 120,000. For the last 9 years, he has served as the CEO of Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union. Pacific Crest has a rural charter that encompasses some of the least populated landscapes in Oregon — and the United States. With an average of just 4.3 people per square mile, Pacific Crest’s charter area is not just rural but remote, with some communities more than 200 miles from resources like a Social Security Office or Costco.
