Job Description:

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Performs daily deposit operations functions, including one or more, but not limited to: certificate renewals, courtesy pay, IRA/HSAs, wires, dormant accounts, deceased accounts, levies, garnishments, Chexsystems, escheatments, and providing assistance with the online account opening process.
  • Responds to member and employee inquiries on all deposit related products, services and documentation, and resolves problems by utilizing company policies, researching, and exploring answers to present alternative solutions that provide excellence in member service through explaining the products, services and/or policies. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
  • Collaborates with Deposit Operations and Quality Assurance Manager on department projects to build efficiencies for the credit union.
  • Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
  • Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job related duties as assigned.
