BIOGRAPHY:

David Eldred, Chief Experience Officer at Solarity Credit Union, is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry with over two decades of experience in marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation. His educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in English. His passion is to drive innovative strategies that enhance member services and engagement.

At Solarity, David oversees business units, including Branch Experience, Marketing, Member Experience (CX), Digital Experience (DX), and User Experience (UX), with previous oversight of Business Intelligence and Project Management.

Prior to joining Solarity, David’s career spanned several banks and credit unions, including Rivermark Community Credit Union, Bank of the Cascades, LibertyBank, and Peoples Bank. His work includes the implementation of automated multi-channel marketing programs, digital acquisition strategies, product development, and data analytics.
