This position is directly responsible for the lending needs of our members in the lobby, phone, online applications, and video banking. The primary responsibility is to use The Member Advantage™ and Lending Solutions Consulting Incorporated (LSCI) sales and service principles while greeting and serving members in a consultative manner, whether in-person or virtually. Position will consistently be required to meet all referral, sales, and production goals; cross-sell and serve members to contribute to attainment of CU goals. Position will assist members with: loan accounts and services; monitoring the loan queue; reviewing, understanding credit reports; making decisions on whether to grant loans; processing loan applications and disbursing loans; cross selling by identifying, describing and recommending loan products and services that are best suited to fulfill the needs of the member; counseling members with regard to their credit; answering account questions and making changes to accounts as necessary. This is a non-exempt position.
