Cancellation Deadline
100% of the booth fee forfeited after the cancellation deadline. There is a $500 administrative cancellation fee on or before July 1.

Exhibitor Move-In Begins
Exhibitors can begin moving into the Oregon Convention Center at 9:00 am. and have until 3:00 p.m. to complete. Address: Oregon Convention Center 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Portland, OR 97232

Dinner on your own after the Reception

Exhibitor Move Out
Exhibitors can begin moving out of the Exhibit Hall approximately 2 p.m. and have until 5 p.m. to complete move out. Early takedown will incur a $1,000 fine; see exhibitor terms and conditions for more information.
