Job Description:

Strong and healthy $20+ million, one branch credit union serving healthcare workers located in Everett, WA is seeking their next transformative leader to collaboratively guide us into the future.  The long-term CEO is retiring.

About the credit union:

  • Closed field of membership focused on healthcare workers in the Puget Sound region.

Candidate preferences:  

  • Local candidates strongly preferred (Pacific Northwest)
  • Credit union experience in different functional areas – smaller credit union experience will be particularly helpful
  • Demonstrated collaborative and creative approach to leadership and management and a passion for the credit union industry
  • Experience working with a volunteer board of directors and bridging the strategic (board) and operational (staff) gaps
  • Team player with a willingness to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done and build on the strong foundation currently in place
