Background Screening Clerk
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Creating, maintaining, and updating consumer files.
- Reviewing consumer, vendor, and client source documents for deficiencies, and resolving them.
- Professionally answering inquiries. Following up with consumers, clients, co-workers, and vendors.
- Prepare, process, review and monitor various documents such as background check authorizations, batch file requests, criminal search results, verification responses, supporting documentation, disclosures and notices.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the highest level of ethical behavior, have a high school diploma including successful completion of high school-level English grammar in order to communicate effectively. A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry, or the equivalent combination of training and experience. Must be bondable. Requires the availability to work Monday – Saturday hours.
