Employee Experience Award
This award recognizes a credit union that has intentionally built a culture of internal professional development by fostering a positive work environment, providing tools for growth, and encouraging and supporting career development.
The credit union should meet the following qualifications:
- Currently an affiliated credit union of GoWest (one entry per credit union per awards category).
- Has demonstrated a culture of employee engagement.
- Has provided tools and resources that enable team members to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Has created an environment for staff development and internal promotion.
