Business Deposit Relationship Manager

Job Description:

CapEd’s Business Deposit Relationship Manager will offer business deposit services to existing and prospective business members by educating on deposit services and the full range of Credit Union products with the goal to grow, retain, and expand the business relationship portfolio.

Responsibilities also include the development of new business and the expansion of existing business relationships by obtaining commercial deposits and offering Business Relations Services (credit cards, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture and Merchant Services) to business members. Responsible for business membership activities to include referral and new opportunity qualification over the phone and in person, new business services and account set ups, servicing accounts, reporting, presentations, and training member facing staff on products and services.
