Branch Operations Supervisor
Job Description:
What you will do:

Coach staff
-
Prepare branch incentive programs
-
Assist in achieving annual Branch goals

Support introduction of new products and services
-
Provide assistance in resolving member issues
-
Provide performance feedback for training development
-
Account for inventories of money orders, bank checks, etc
-
Assist with cash orders, balancing of vault, and perform periodic audit of cash drawers
-
Act as a Loan Officer and provide guidance when necessary to staff members
-
Recommend process improvements in order to streamline
-
Provide counseling for members as related to financial matters
- Assist members with fraudulent or forgery claims
-
Ensure members are provided prompt and courteous service
-
Cross-sell all credit union services
-
Assist in the selection and hiring of Branch staff members
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
-
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in a financial institution or related field. Related work experience may be substituted, year for year, for educational requirements
Experience:
-
One to two years of previous supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills

One year of experience in the selection and hiring of staff; preferably within a financial institution or related industry

Successful competition of the in-house BAI Courses including Supervisory Training, Negotiable Instruments, Check 21 and position related courses
