Job Description:

Join our Air Academy Credit Union team and you could be our members’ best ally! We’re seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Castle Rock branch location. Responsibilities include:

  • Establishes and implements branch goals, standards, and expectations to meet and/or exceed branch profitability and growth goals.
  • Ensure proper cash levels are maintained in branch by ordering and shipping cash to cash management company in a timely manner.
  • Manages the full spectrum of staff administration to include hiring, writing, and administering performance evaluations. Recommends appropriate personnel action, salary increases and promotions.
  • Mentors and motivates the branch team through individual and group coaching sessions to ensure the successful development and performance of all team members in areas of branch productivity, member service and retention.
  • Understands, administers, and enforces all rules, regulations and policies as set forth by the credit union and NCUA.
  • Has a thorough knowledge and complies with Retail Delivery Standards.
  • Monitors all branch equipment, facility, and delivery systems to ensure efficient operational status; interfaces with service providers, troubleshoots and documents any performance issues.
  • Directs training plans and work programs for assigned employees to improve or enhance job performance; conducts training to broaden employee product and process knowledge as well as personal growth. Recommends employees for formal training courses, if needed.
  • Researches and provides problem resolution to member and employee issues and diffuses escalating situations.

 Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or prior management experience preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Availability to work branch hours as needed, including some Saturdays.
  • Conflict and problem resolution skills.

Additional Information:

The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. This position is eligible annual corporate bonus based on overall performance.

GV 1200: $56,900 – $85,300
