We are currently looking for full-time, non-exempt Administration Associate to join our team!  In this role, you will provide administrative support to SELCO, Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, and Committees.

This position will work onsite at the Corporate Headquarters in Springfield, OR.  The Administration Associate is only eligible for in-office/branch arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm.

COMPENSATION

Base salary: The full salary range for the Administration Associate position is $18.65 to $27.64 per hour, with new hires generally starting between $21.65 to $24.60 per hour, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This range will be converted to semi-monthly ranges for full-time employees. This position is eligible to earn additional annual incentives.

Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

POSITION DETAILS

Essential Functions include (please see the position description for a comprehensive list):

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, and Committees.
  • Assist with managing forms, materials, and official documents.
  • Assist in the facilitation of and attend as needed Committee and Board meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
  • Assist with managing Administration Calendar.
  • Assist with organizing Official Family, Management, and other corporate functions.
  • Participate in cross-functional and departmental projects, including working with internal teams and external vendors.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and
  • At least one (1) year of professional office experience; and
  • Must be bondable.
