Join facilitator Cameron Smith, GoWest’s Chief Growth Officer, as he interviews two credit union leaders leading the way in advancing the credit union movement by developing a mentorship, partnership, and collaboration program that has provided tremendous value to the credit unions’ leadership, the communities they serve, and enhanced their ability to more effective advocates of their credit union story.
During the session, attendees will hear from Dolores Broeske, CEO of HAPO Community Credit Union, a large ($2+ billion) credit union, and Scott Prior, CEO of Connection Credit Union, a small ($40 million) credit union, on how they began and are continuing this worthwhile collaborative journey and the lessons they learned and surprises they discovered as they found innovative ways to deliver mutually beneficial value to both credit unions.
